SOUND THERAPY
|
WHAT IS SOUND THERAPY? I
use a range of musical instruments including Tibetan and Crystal Bowls,
Gongs, Tuning Forks, Didgeridoo, Flute, Rattles, and Voice to introduce sound
vibrations to your body. These
vibrations massage the body at a cellular level, gently encouraging the
removal of imbalances and toxins, and allowing your body to regain its
perfect state of balance and harmony. Sound Therapy combines my
background in music with my extensive experience of therapeutic work. I specialise in using the Shakuhachi – an
ancient Japanese bamboo flute used by Zen monks as a meditation tool. Its beautiful, haunting sound is unmatched
by any other instrument and I have over 20 years’ experience of using it for
meditation and relaxation. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
